DSG Gearbox Tuning

The DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox) system is licensed to the Volkswagen group by BorgWarner and is basically 2 manual gearboxes with separate clutches contained within a single housing which enables much faster gear selection. The DSG boxes are electronically controlled by Temic Controllers and have the following generations available:

DQ200, DQ250, DQ380, DQ500, DQ511, DL501

We have developed a range of calibrations and have gone even further by developing our system to give you ultimate choice of options. For diesel or petrol applications, our system will allow you to specify exactly which options you would like and the exact requested values. Once the values have been entered our bespoke developed system will automatically generate the software.
